We usually reply to your any kind of query within 24hrs. Incase you didn't see any progress or satisfied with the communication you can always call over the whatsapp number on any of the working hour that is MON-SAT (10:00AM-06:00PM) except Sunday and Public Holidays.

We got that cover for you, we can understand if you just change your mind or you may not want it anymore.So if the product isn't shipped please drop an email at care@disomart.com with subject header "#OrderNumber -Cancellation/Change Request". We will cancel your order for you.
We can understand sometimes things can go wrong in that case if the article that we sent is wrong or has manufacturing defects, we will reverse your payment action and refund you within 2 working days from the day we receive the return parcel. We will check if the return article are as good/bad as your descriptions , if everything receives are all ok we will initiate the refund process within 48hrs. The refund amount will be credited to your transaction account which you use during placing the order in 7 working days. Conditions for return: -All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by us. -Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return. -All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s). -To return an item, please email to care@disomart.com and you will get instructions for return from us. -The product to be returned has to be neatly packed in a box in which it came with to and from address clearly written on the box. -For the return shipping cost, the customer will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on Disomart.com for future purchases.

. Incase of custom limited edition article (e.g- Tshirt,Pure Silver Filigree,Pure Silver Coin,Anti-clockwise wall clock etc.) then it may take another 3-5 days depends upon the availability and production timing .
Since we have all the orders on prepaid mode, we are flexible towards courier service provider.But in this case we mostly preferred registered parcel service from Indian Post, reason they have highest number of pincode coverage and every rural corner of India.
No. Since all products are high quality handmade specially Handloom items, it doesn't comes with any kind of warranty.
Be assure that all items are individually checked and inspected before packing. If something goes wrong from our end we will take the full responsibility and we will arrange the necessary arrangement if needed.
